You'll be responsible for
📚
Providing technical cultural heritage interpretation
Delivering expert advice and research on Aboriginal cultural heritage in response to NPWS needs.🤝
Collaborating with stakeholders
Working alongside NPWS Aboriginal Partnerships and Heritage Unit and other stakeholders to ensure effective project outcomes.🌳
Conducting fieldwork
Engaging in fieldwork activities to assess and monitor Aboriginal heritage sites and cultural assets.Key criteria
🎓
Bachelor's degree in archaeology or cultural heritage
Possession of an honours degree or equivalent in relevant field.View

Two years of Aboriginal archaeology experience
Demonstrated experience in Australian Aboriginal archaeology.View

Fieldwork capability
Ability to work outdoors and travel to various locations.View
