You'll be responsible for

Leading and supporting Café Managers

Lead and support Café Managers across multiple locations to ensure operational excellence and brand standards.

Driving operational consistency

Drive operational consistency, service standards, and brand presentation across all cafés.

Monitoring performance

Monitor sales, labour, and store performance, identifying improvement opportunities to enhance guest experience.

Key criteria

Experience in multi-site management

Demonstrated experience as an Area Manager or Multi-Site Manager.
