You'll be responsible for

Supporting the development, testing and ongoing improvement of AI and automation solutions

Contributing to the creation and enhancement of AI technologies that benefit the organization.

Identifying opportunities where AI can improve processes, decision-making and customer/member experiences

Analyzing and recognizing areas for AI implementation to drive efficiency and satisfaction.

Preparing and exploring data to support AI models and experiments

Gathering and analyzing data to inform AI initiatives and validate outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field

Degree completed by end of 2026 or within the last 2 years.
