Reporting on news stories live from the field and in-studio, maintaining the flexibility to respond to breaking news events outside of rostered hours when required.

Filming and producing news content

Filming news content independently as a video journalist, writing scripts, and producing high-quality news packages.

Pitching original news stories

Pitching original news stories, tracking major events impacting Asia and Australia, and liaising directly with senior editorial staff in Sydney to decide on coverage.

Television reporting experience

Minimum of 3 years in television reporting.
