You'll be responsible for

Undertaking assessments
Undertaking prisoner risk assessments and needs assessments, coordinating prisoner's applications for parole, and contributing to the Case Management Review process.🏗️
Supporting reintegration
Supporting the delivery of the CV Reintegration Pathway at the prison location.📞
Liaising with providers
Liaising and consulting with contracted providers delivering pre- and post-release services.Key criteria
