As BDO Australia’s Asset & Configuration Lead, you will play a pivotal role in uplifting IT Asset Management and Configuration Management practices. This job is essential for ensuring the accuracy of the ServiceNow CMDB, which supports effective incident, change, and problem management across the firm. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various teams to enhance service management maturity and modernize ITSM capabilities.
You'll be responsible for

Owning governance of the CMDB
Overseeing the governance of the CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM), ensuring accuracy and compliance.📏
Defining data quality standards
Establishing and enforcing standards for data quality, naming conventions, and health dashboards.🚀
Leading CMDB maturity roadmap
Driving the maturity roadmap for CMDB and CSDM aligned with ITIL v4 best practices.Key criteria

CMDB and Configuration Management experience
Proven experience owning or leading a CMDB in medium to large organisations.View
