You'll be responsible for

Inspecting assets
Inspect Council’s assets prior to the commencement of building works undertaken with a building/planning permit.📝
Assessing applications
Assess, administer and issue Works Within Road Reserve Consent applications in accordance with the Road Management Act upon submission.✅
Ensuring compliance
Adhere to and comply with the requirements of the Road Management Act, Community Local Law 2025 and Road Management Plan.Key criteria

Civil Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant asset protection experience.View
🔍
Experience in project management
Proven experience supervising or managing contract works in civil construction.View

Knowledge of local regulations
Strong understanding of Local Government Act and related regulations.View
