You'll be responsible for

Directing and mentoring artists
Inspiring and guiding Modelling, Rigging, and Surfacing artists, assigning work according to their strengths while providing regular feedback.⏳
Ensuring asset delivery
Flagging potential issues that may impact the successful delivery of assets within the production schedule and collaborating with other departments.🔧
Improving workflows
Developing and working within the constraints of the pipeline, providing feedback on workflow improvements to enhance productivity.Key criteria

Previous asset supervisor experience
Demonstrated experience in VFX or animated features is essential.View

Proficiency in Maya, Mari, and Katana
