Building relationships

Creating genuine connections with the team, children, and families to foster a welcoming culture.

Driving quality improvement

Guiding teams to continuously improve and ensure high-quality educational programs.

Key criteria

🎓

ACECQA-approved qualification

Possession of a current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification.

Working with Children's Check

Valid State relevant Working with Children's Check for child safety compliance.

Assistant Director or Lead Educator experience

Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity within early childhood education.
