You will oversee the development and implementation of Strategic Provisioning initiatives to deliver the annual Strategic Provisioning program in accordance with the approved capital plan and achieve national objectives.

Managing procurements

You will be responsible for managing procurements and developing implementation plans for new strategies to identify and provision long-term housing opportunities.

Leading the Strategic Provisioning team

You will manage and develop the Strategic Provisioning team to ensure all legal and contractual requirements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
