Supporting the preparation of new business proposals, annual reviews, restructures, and deal variations for customers while maintaining control of workflows across compliance and customer fulfilment processes.🔧
Assisting with deal structuring
Assisting with deal structuring, including analysis of group structures, deal structuring, and facility design, ensuring security considerations and covenant frameworks are met.📈
Monitoring portfolio performance
