You'll be responsible for

Supporting national retail strategy execution

Support the execution of the national retail strategy, ensuring alignment to company vision, customer experience standards and financial targets.

Driving national sales performance

Partner with the National Retail Manager to drive national sales performance, contribution and operational excellence across the boutique network.

Monitoring retail performance metrics

Monitor retail performance metrics including sales, labour, contribution, shrinkage and customer KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
