You'll be responsible for

Supporting the Night Manager

Assisting the Night Manager in managing guest experiences, team performance, and hotel operations during overnight shifts.

Handling emergencies

Being the first point of contact for any critical emergency situations in the absence of the Night Manager.

Processing payments

Processing payments including room charges, debit/credit, and cash in accordance with established procedures.

Front office experience

1+ year experience in hotel front office operations.
