You'll be responsible for

Drafting legislation

Undertaking complex legislative drafting and producing high-quality Bills and subordinate legislation.

Providing expert advice

Offering expert advice on legislative proposals within strict parliamentary and government timeframes.
🏛️

Supporting the parliamentary process

Providing drafting support during the Parliamentary process, including amendments in Committee as required.

Legal practitioner admission

Admitted or eligible for admission as a legal practitioner in Australia.
