You'll be responsible for

Undertaking complex legislative drafting and producing high-quality Bills and subordinate legislation.💡
Providing expert advice
Offering expert advice on legislative proposals within strict parliamentary and government timeframes.🏛️
Supporting the parliamentary process
Providing drafting support during the Parliamentary process, including amendments in Committee as required.Key criteria

Legal practitioner admission
Admitted or eligible for admission as a legal practitioner in Australia.View

Knowledge of NSW law
