You'll be responsible for

Managing project deliverables

Ensuring monthly project deliverables such as Project Delivery Plans, Monthly Status Reports, and Anticipated Cost Reports are completed.

Coordinating project budgets

Establishing and maintaining project budgets in accordance with client requirements, managing and forecasting expenditure to achieve completion within budget.

Conducting project meetings

Chairing weekly project meetings, drafting and issuing meeting minutes and agendas to ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

Construction site management experience

Proven experience managing active construction sites under an agency model.
