About the job

As an Assistant Project Manager at JLL, you will play a vital role in delivering successful project outcomes across a diverse portfolio of assignments. This job is all about taking ownership of smaller and less complex projects from inception through to handover and closure, while working under the guidance of experienced Project Managers. You will coordinate all project phases, ensuring stakeholder alignment and fostering collaboration among project participants to maximize value delivery. JLL is committed to creating a brighter way forward, and in this role, you will contribute to that mission by bringing structure, organization, and proactive problem-solving to every project you touch.

You'll be responsible for

Ensuring project deliverables are completed

You will ensure monthly project deliverables are completed, including delivery plans, status reports, cost reports, and meeting agendas.

Establishing project budget and programme

Establish project budget and overall project programme to ensure successful delivery in accordance with client requirements.

Chairing project meetings

You will chair weekly project meetings and prepare Project Control Group reports and Requests for Proposal.
