You'll be responsible for

Coordinate the reconciliation, processing and associated admin tasks for incidents, requests for service and enquiries received after hours.

Prepare written communication for requests for service and workplace incidents received by SafeWork NSW.

Providing customer service

Provision of high-level customer service to a wide range of stakeholders via telephone and in writing.
