Building a new team
Helping build and shape a brand-new team of 100+, supporting recruitment, onboarding and training before the restaurant even opens.🏗️
Supporting restaurant opening
Supporting the full restaurant opening, including operational readiness, launch execution, and embedding GYG’s standards and culture from day one.💰
Running a business unit
Assisting in running a multi-million dollar business unit, contributing to sales growth, cost management, guest experience and operational excellence.Key criteria
