You'll be responsible for

Conducting theoretical, formal, and practical training for all operational team members to ensure high service standards.

Mentoring and guiding

Mentoring individual team members' growth and identifying goals to achieve high colleague engagement and welfare.

Key criteria

Restaurant management experience (2-3 years)

Demonstrated experience in a similar hospitality role.
