Recruiting and training staff

Recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff to ensure all members are engaged and performing at their best.

Collaborating on menus

Collaborating closely with the Restaurant Manager and Head/Executive Chef in creating menus, wine lists, and beverage offerings.
