Supporting the Retail Supervisor in all aspects of retail operations and delegating responsibilities to ensure sound business practices and sales targets are achieved.

Coaching and developing direct reports daily, ensuring development goals are linked to business objectives and improved performance.

Promoting Lifeline's purpose

Demonstrating a passion for Lifeline and promoting its service and value to the community through personal actions and behaviours.
