You'll be responsible for

Driving store performance

Supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.

Attracting and developing talent

Recruiting and cultivating top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates.
🤝

Mentoring and supporting team members

Serving as a mentor and role model, fostering a supportive environment for both Associates and customers.

Key criteria

Retail leadership experience (2+ years)

Proven experience leading teams in a retail environment.
