Driving store performance
Supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.🌱
Attracting and developing talent
Recruiting and cultivating top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates.🤝
Mentoring and supporting team members
Serving as a mentor and role model, fostering a supportive environment for both Associates and customers.Key criteria

Retail leadership experience (2+ years)
