Driving store performance
Supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a strong focus on minimizing shrink and damages.🌱
Attracting and developing talent
Attracting, recruiting, and cultivating top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates.📋
Communicating action plans
Communicating and implementing action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes.Key criteria
