Supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a strong focus on minimizing shrink and damages.

Attracting, recruiting, and cultivating top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates.

Communicating action plans

Communicating and implementing action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes.
