Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops

Team management

Recruiting, mentoring and motivating a team to achieve targets

Stock management

Managing stock and ensuring effective visual merchandising

Key criteria

Retail management experience

Proven experience in supervisory or management roles in retail.
