Support the Store Manager to lead daily operations and achieve sales targets, ensuring the store runs smoothly.

Coaching team members

Coach and develop team members through hands-on leadership and feedback, fostering growth and performance.

Leading in absence of Store Manager

Step up to lead the store in the Manager's absence, ensuring continuity and maintaining store standards.
