You'll be responsible for

Overseeing the conference and events services to ensure guests have an exceptional experience and their expectations are exceeded.

Engaging with guests

Letting guests enjoy their food and beverage experience while ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.

Building customer relationships

Strengthening relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings and enhance guest satisfaction.

Key criteria

Experience in managerial roles

Proven experience in a managerial capacity within hospitality.
