Monitoring daily ETF operations
Playing a pivotal role in monitoring daily ETF operations, optimizing workflows, mitigating operational risks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support the growth and integrity of our ETF Service offerings across the APAC region.🤝
Managing stakeholder communication
Acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding ETF operational inquiries, effectively managing expectations and delivering timely, accurate resolutions and communications.🚀
Leading project initiatives
Actively participating in ETF fund launches and Change Request projects, ensuring a full understanding of requirements and offering solutions that align with our standard product offerings and strategic objectives.What we're looking for
