Supporting the Retirement Village Manager in implementing operational plans and managing day-to-day activities in the Village.

Ensuring residents, their guests, and visitors enjoy a 5-star hotel style experience that is memorable and positive.

Managing communications

Preparing village newsletters, activities calendars, and other communications to keep residents informed and engaged.
