Creating and refining processes to take designs from feasibility to detailed execution, fostering a culture of outstanding delivery.

Coaching team members

Mentoring young professionals in technical expertise and project planning, contributing to their growth and development.

Key criteria

Professional Engineer qualification

Possession of CPEng or equivalent engineering accreditation.
