You'll be responsible for

Supporting portfolio management
Support the end-to-end management of a commercial property lending portfolio, from deal structuring and credit approval through to settlement and ongoing reviews.💼
Preparing financial analysis
Prepare financial analysis, transaction assessments and high-quality credit submissions for commercial property and construction lending opportunities.🤝
Partnering with teams
Partner closely with Relationship Managers, Credit, Compliance and Lending Support teams to deliver seamless client outcomes.Key criteria

Proven understanding of credit assessment and settlement processes.View
