Associate (Consulting) - Vollardian is on the lookout for a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic type to join our team in the role of an Associate (consulting). We are hiring to further expand our team’s capacity so we can reach our ambitious growth goals, and continue to deliver the same exceptional results to a growing pool of clients. Salary Range 80k-100k We are Australia's leading sales operations team. We build high-performing, commercial engines that drive scalable and sustainable growth. With a firm base in using technology to scale, we have worked with some of Australia's leading and fastest growing brands to assist their teams develop and execute their growth strategies Practice areas cover Strategy, Operations, Technology & Data, Sales and People The role is based in Sydney & Applicants must be Australian Residents or currently hold necessary Visa

You'll be responsible for

Project Delivery

Managing the successful delivery of project outcomes

Client Managment

Representing the business as the first point of contact for the client

Running Diagnostic Projects

Gathering data, generating insights, facilitating interviews, developing strategies and presenting plans to high level client executives, including C-suite executives, all with the help of a highly capable team.
