You'll be responsible for

Leading multidisciplinary design teams

Driving technical coordination across architecture, civils, structural, MEP, fire, security, acoustics, and specialist consultants to ensure fully integrated solutions.
📞

Acting as primary client interface

Engaging with stakeholders and end users to extract operational requirements and translate them into technical briefs.

Managing design strategy

Establishing project execution plans, technical assurance processes, risk registers, and programme controls from concept through detailed design.

12+ years in design management

Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.
