Responsible for the delivery of key Employee Relations, Workplace Health & Safety, and Policy related projects to improve operational expertise and reduce organizational risk.📚
Coaching P&C team members
Provide coaching to People & Culture team members and business leaders regarding employee relations and people management practices.🛠️
Establishing toolkits and processes
Create key toolkits, processes, templates, and procedures for effective management of employee relations matters.Key criteria

Employee relations expertise
8+ years of experience in employee relations or employment law.View
