Responsible for the delivery of key Employee Relations, Workplace Health & Safety, and Policy related projects to improve operational expertise and reduce organizational risk.

Coaching P&C team members

Provide coaching to People & Culture team members and business leaders regarding employee relations and people management practices.
🛠️

Establishing toolkits and processes

Create key toolkits, processes, templates, and procedures for effective management of employee relations matters.

Key criteria

📚

Employee relations expertise

8+ years of experience in employee relations or employment law.
