You'll be responsible for

Leading M&A transactions and capital raises
With support from senior colleagues, take the lead on day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, equity/debt capital raises, and other client engagements by project-managing the day-to-day activities and coordinating all parties involved.🤝
Managing client relationships
Manage the relationship with existing clients as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project execution.📊
Preparing financial models and documents
Working with junior team members, prepare financial models and transaction documents (e.g. teaser, IM, Q&A, etc.) as well as client deliverables to support project objectives.Key criteria
