You'll be responsible for

Designing and implementing data analytics frameworks

Using People data to support business priorities, developing dashboards, predictive models, and reporting tools to provide insights on workforce trends, talent acquisition, and engagement.
🤝

Partnering with Business Partners and Talent Acquisition

Delivering analytics that enhance workforce planning and recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with business needs.
📈

Presenting insights and recommendations

Communicating findings to senior leadership and the Chief People Officer, translating complex analytical results into clear, actionable insights.
