The Associate Director, Project Management, Technical Operations is a vital position that leads the operational delivery of global Tech Ops projects, significantly impacting CSL’s product portfolio. You'll be responsible for

Defining strategy and operational tactics

Working closely with project leaders to define the strategy and operational tactics for Tech Ops projects.

Managing project budgets and documentation

Preparing and managing project budgets, timelines, scope, and all necessary documentation.

Coaching and mentoring junior members

Providing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the Tech Ops organization.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Possession of a degree in Science, Engineering, or related area.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Valid PMP certification demonstrating project management expertise.

10+ years in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals

Extensive experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
