This exciting opportunity involves leading high-impact engagements and delivering commercial advice to both private and public sector clients. You'll be responsible for

Leading delivery of real estate advisory engagements

Lead end-to-end delivery of real estate advisory engagements, setting direction and ensuring alignment with client commercial, policy and governance objectives.
📈

Overseeing due diligence and market analysis

Oversee due diligence and market analysis, translating findings into strategic, evidence-based insights.
📄

Preparing business cases and investment papers

Prepare and present business cases and investment papers, delivering clear, decision-ready recommendations to senior and board-level stakeholders.

Key criteria

🏢

6–8 years of advisory experience

Demonstrated experience in consulting, advisory, or government sectors.

Proven capability in advanced Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.
