As an Associate Director – Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex structural engineering projects in the defence, research, and nuclear sectors. Your expertise will ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering innovative solutions that enhance safety and performance. Collaboration is key, as you will work within multidisciplinary teams, mentoring engineers and supporting clients to achieve sustainable outcomes.

You'll be responsible for

Leading structural design

Lead the structural and seismic design of complex buildings and safety-critical facilities within the defence, research and nuclear sectors.
🔍

Providing technical leadership

Provide technical leadership and oversight as an NSQEP, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards and safety requirements.

Managing project teams

Manage multidisciplinary project teams, coordinating with clients, stakeholders and technical specialists.

Structural engineering experience

15+ years in structural engineering, focusing on complex seismic projects.
