This Associate Director job in our Brisbane office is all about managing and growing a vital portfolio of strategic clients within our Institutional Transaction Banking team. The role is crucial as it combines commercial account management with operational coordination to deliver high-quality transaction banking solutions for government customers. You'll be responsible for

Developing client relationships

Develop and maintain strong strategic client relationships and ensure day-to-day service levels are upheld.

Client planning

Develop and maintain client plans that align commercial objectives and delivery roadmaps with product partners and operations; lead initiatives that deepen client relationships and generate revenue.

Preparing client reports

Prepare client reporting, financial and data models, business cases and RFP/proposal responses for government procurement; consolidate multiple data sources into clear, actionable reports.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Possession of a relevant degree in finance, business, or IT.
