You'll be responsible for

Leading credit investments

Leading and coordinating the execution of new credit investments across commercial real estate credit opportunities, from indicative term sheet through to credit approval, documentation, satisfaction of conditions precedent and financial close.

Conducting due diligence

Undertaking detailed credit analysis and due diligence across a diverse range of real estate debt opportunities.

Building relationships

Building and managing relationships with borrowers, originators, banks, brokers, lawyers, valuers and other market participants.

Credit analysis experience

Minimum 3 years in credit or real estate finance.
