Supporting availability

Supporting team efforts to sustain a 'five nines' level of availability for Charles River Network Clients.

Coordinating with stakeholders

Coordinating with clients, internal colleagues, and network vendors to provide service-related functions.

Troubleshooting and resolution

Engaging in problem troubleshooting, support, and resolution as part of a 'Follow-the-Sun' support model.
