Drafting and negotiating agreements

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, services, sponsorship, and licensing agreements.

Advising on compliance issues

Advising on general commercial matters, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance issues, including Australian Consumer Law and Privacy Law.
