You'll be responsible for

Providing 24/7 networking technical support to the Network Management Centre clients, working a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.

Monitoring network performance

Primarily responsible for monitoring network availability and performance, focusing on outage detection, analysis, resolution, and reporting.

Assisting on customer projects

Providing assistance on customer projects such as circuit changes, site moves, and rolling out IOS upgrades using automated tools.
