Providing 24/7 networking technical support to the Network Management Centre clients, working a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.📊
Monitoring network performance
Primarily responsible for monitoring network availability and performance, focusing on outage detection, analysis, resolution, and reporting.📈
Assisting on customer projects
Providing assistance on customer projects such as circuit changes, site moves, and rolling out IOS upgrades using automated tools.Key criteria
