Support the Nurse Unit Managers in managing staff and overseeing clinical orientation and onboarding for new nursing staff.

Identifying education opportunities

Identify and recommend education and development opportunities aligned with performance plans.

Overseeing quality improvement projects

Identify and oversee quality improvement projects to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Registered Nurse qualification

Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
