Assisting in the overall clinical management of the ward and delivering comprehensive patient care.

Monitoring staffing levels

Adjusting staffing levels in consultation with the Unit Manager and/or After-Hours Manager according to changes in patient needs.

Providing direct patient care

Delivering total patient care to achieve identified outcomes in accordance with established hospital policies.
