Bachelor of Laws and practising certificate
Possession of a Bachelor of Laws and current practising certificate.View fit
⚖️
Experience in personal injury law
Demonstrated experience as a personal injury lawyer, preferably in medical negligence.View fit

Familiarity with Queensland legislation
Knowledge of the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act 2002 and Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999.View fit
