As an Associate, this job focuses on providing ongoing client service and high-quality support to Financial Advisers and Partners within Perpetual Wealth Management. You'll be responsible for

Participating in client meetings

Attend and actively participate in client meetings to support Financial Advisers in providing a compelling client experience.

Coordinating documentation

Arrange and coordinate documentation for client meetings to ensure smooth operations.

Managing workflow

Manage workflow to deliver to client needs while maintaining an understanding of operational processes.

Key criteria

📅

Minimum 2 years of financial services experience

Demonstrated experience in paraplanning or related financial services.

Experience with Xplan and CFS Edge

Proven familiarity with these financial software tools is desirable.
