You'll be responsible for

Providing expert legal advice on investor-State disputes, including matters under bilateral and multilateral investment treaties.

Representing clients

Acting on behalf of clients in international arbitration proceedings, including ICSID, UNCITRAL, and ICC.
🔍

Conducting legal research

Performing thorough legal research and analysis on international investment law and procedural issues.

Skills you'll need

⚖️

International commercial arbitration

Experience in handling international commercial arbitration cases, providing expert legal advice and representation.
🌍

Investor-State arbitration

Specialized knowledge and experience in investor-State arbitration, focusing on disputes between investors and States.

Public international law

Strong understanding of public international law principles and their application in legal disputes.
