Fulfilment of credit applications

Fulfilment of all credit applications (Consumer and Commercial) and once client confirms, initiate documentation process and track file through to funding/settlement.

Overseeing deal execution

Oversee progress of deal execution through to conclusion to ensure timely and efficient delivery of clients’ needs and requirements.

Managing portfolio workflow

Manage portfolio workflow on a daily basis by delivering exceptional customer service in all dealings, reflected in a positive lift in the NPS results for Team and CP.
