Advising clients on financing arrangements relating to project structure and documentation, acquisition and leverage, property, and general corporate financing.🤝
Collaborating with partners
Working closely with Partners and the wider team to gain exposure to complex and interesting transactions.🔍
Specialising in niche areas
Encouraging lawyers to find their niche and specialise in areas of interest while building a strong foundation across their field.Key criteria
